This part installs between the back of the engine and the front bell housings on the transmission. (Gearbox ). This Datsun component will work for all 4 or 5 speed Manuel transmissions from 1971 to the early 1974 Datsun 260z cars. It has been zinc plated to provide years of rust protection.
